Galveston Bay 3/28

I ran a trip this afternoon to try to locate some fish for this coming weekends trips. I located a consistant trout bite for about 3 hours as they were eating real good. Lower pressure could of been the factor as high pressure may have slowed down the bite the previous few days. All the trout were caught in 4 feet of water of thick shell. They were slicking and the bait was very active. All trout were caught on lures in limetruese and plum on 1/8zo jig head. we could not get them to eat tops but they were aggresive on the plastics. Here is the pics from today.

It feels good to be back on the water after some foot problems. I had a couple of trip this week were the fishing has been spradic. The trout fishing has been up and down as they are in there trasition phase from winter to spring. We have caught some trout on some days but then we cant find them again, but the Jetties have saved some trips with bullreds and big drum fishing, along with all the sheepies and puppy drum you want to catch. I am going to be on the water a lot more know trying to find a more consistent bite. here a some pictures of our latest trips.
